FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are tickets per person or per vehicle?
Tickets are one time use for a single vehicle regardless of the number of occupants in the vehicle.
Can we bring our dog?
Your dog is welcome to join you in your vehicle while you drive thru the light show but for liability purposes we do not allow dogs in the Winter Wonderland area unless they are a certified service dog.
Can we stop and take photos?
No. Guests are not allowed outside of their cars within the drive-through portion of the event.
Are restrooms available?
Yes, we have restrooms in the Park and Play Wonderland as well as along the road where cars are queued up prior to entering the light show.
Is parking free at the Park and Play Wonderland?
Yes. There is a parking lot and no charge for parking.
How long is the wait to get in?
Wait times vary based on time and day. Sunday through Thursday is usually drive right in. Before 7pm or after 9pm on any night is best to further reduce wait times.
Are their free activities at the Park and Play Wonderland?
Yes! Some of the activities at the Park-and-Play Winter Wonderland that are not an additional cost include writing letters to Santa, a ton of Photo Ops, Programming your own Light Show on our 50-Foot tree and our Winter Wonderland Scavenger hunt.
What is the Maximum Vehicle Height Allowed?
The maximum height for a vehicle is 7-foot 10-inches high.
Do we have to purchase our tickets online?
For convenience and speed of check in we prefer you purchase your ticket online before you arrive. Tickets purchased online are also discounted over tickets purchased at the gate. If purchasing online is not an option for you we do have the ability for you to purchase at the gate.
Are you open when it rains?
Yes, we do not close due to rain unless it accompanies strong wind that poses a safety risk. In the event we do need to close due to weather we will post a notice on the front page of our website.
Is this event handicap accessible?
Yes! After the drive through the lights you can find handicap parking at Winter Wonderland. Drive thru the parking lot in front of Winter Wonderland and turn right to drive down to the entrance level. Winter Wonderland has ramps to access each level with a wheelchair.
Do you have food options for those with allergies?
Yes, we have attempted to offer options for those with food allergies. However there is also a possibility of cross contamination in preparation or that manufacturers of the commercial foods we use could change the formulation at any time, without notice. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. Lights Alive! will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating at our event. If your allergic reaction has the potential to be severe we kindly request you speak with our manager on duty prior to consumption of any of our foods or snacks.
